Please do make every effort to attend the meeting – it is extremely important to the future of your Club.

The Trinity Guild RFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at TGRFC on Tuesday 24th July.

The Club are holding an Extraordinary General meeting before moving onto the AGM as we wish to present the proposals on the relocation of the Club. The meeting will start promptly at 7pm to allow time to cover everything.

We are at an important and exciting stage of the Club's history, and the meetings will provide the chance for you to hear the formal proposals and some updates on the Club.

There is the opportunity to see details of the proposed site and Clubhouse, and for you to also have your say on the future of the Club.

The Club is asking for All players (past and present), Life Members, Vice Presidents, supporters to attend as the key topics that will be discussed will have a huge impact on the Club's exciting future. The Club Committee need to ensure we have the support of the Membership, parents and supporters.

As a reminder, any voting is restricted to those who have paid their annual subscriptions (Vice President and Players) and there will be the chance to do this on the evening. Alternatively please send any outstanding payments to @markstevenson beforehand.
